Ben Averis

CFO, Yoto

Ben joined Yoto in 2021 as CFO, responsible for Finance, Operations and Supply Chain. Ben has helped the company to fund fast triple digit growth while optimising capital structure as the business matures. He is also Executive sponsor for AI and ESG steering committees.

Ben started his career in finance with PwC, where his work in M&A helped him understand the challenges of scaling a business while retaining core values. Before Yoto, he held senior roles in private equity backed consumer brands, including at Audley Travel which doubled sales and EBITDA in four years and set a path to financial recovery following the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ben is passionate about Yoto and the power of audio for kids. He is focused on ways to break down barriers to growth, democratising data and driving a high performance culture.
